Quality Inn Victoria, TX

Honestly the staff was amazing but the first room we were in was atrocious. The air didn’t work and It seemed someone had a pet in there and the housekeepers failed to clean properly after the animal deficated and fleas were in it because we bitten. We were moved to a suite after some back and forth with the staff but they were helpful and friendly.

One of the employees was VERY VERY UGLY, RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL. Gave me a very hard time when it was close to check out time. Told me I’d have to pay a 45 late fee if I didn’t leave by 11 and she was gonna call the cops or I can check in another night which I did all for being a little late!! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Booked & paid for a room in advance & drive from the airport several hours away because of the situation in Houston only to arrive and be told I didn't have a room, even after I showed the clerk my confirmation email along with payment in full taken out of my account

TV remote did not work. Message about linings and being charged for them (they were in bad shape. Requested toilet tissues... Ended up using box of Kleenex.

First room I was given the a/c was broken. It was 90 degrees in the room. Asked for a new room. They gave me the one directly next store. Walked in and the a/c was off and the temp read 88 degrees. These folks should know tinder the a/c temp reasonably so their guests are not walking into a sauna. Went down and cancelled my stay. The rooms and hallways were also visibly dirty. Would never stay again and highly recommend you don’t either.
