The space

● Outdoor Space: Enjoy a private backyard oasis with a patio and BBQ—ideal for morning coffee, evening drinks, or dining under the stars.

Nearby, Florence Lake and the local pub are just a 5-minute walk down the path, offering a quick change of scenery.


Other things to note

House Rules:

● No tolerance for loud noises or parties. Any fines issued by the strata due to disturbances will be passed to guests. Neighbors reporting loud noise or parties may result in immediate removal.

● No smoking on the property, including vaping

● Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

● No pets allowed

● Only registered guests are permitted in the suite

Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the property and fines.

Pretty spot, but not clean.

Pros: Pretty view, safe location, fast WiFi, good use of space, easy parking. Cons: cleanliness. Couch had food crumbs. Floor, drapes, and bedding all had hair. The mattress and pillows are comfy but stained yellow. And the couch in the back yard was too dirty to use.

Worthwhile

We found the property clean, and adequate for our needs, and in our opinion a good value. We did not use the upper deck or bbq, this required some arrangements and our schedule didn’t work with this approach - but the option was there. The coffee maker didn’t work and our stay was only for 4 days and this was not resolved. Cooking utensils and spices need to be addressed. Finally the stairs were not an issue to us (quite steep) but might be for someone with mobility issues. All in all we’d rent here again.

Major road construction hampered entry and exit. No bbq as described. Coffee maker nonfunctional. No dish cloths to clean dishes. Its time to replace the shower curtain liner.

I was looking for a quiet place to stay for a week and this was perfect. Everything was in good condition and there were no problems at all. This a great place for one or two people. Low key, you can cook or go to the nearby restaurants. I will stay here next time I am in Victoria.

Wonderful, clean, private property. Great parking, peaceful neighbourhood. Beautiful. You can hear people walking upstairs during day-hours, (no big deal for us), very respectful, quiet during quiet hours. Would definitely stay again.
