不滿：整潔度
The pictures are very deceiving -- it's actually very small, and in a sort of grey neighbourhood. We were often woken up by the smell of cigarette and weed smoke and loud talking just outside the window. There was also a constant smoke smell inside the apartment itself. When we first arrived, the apartment was not well cleaned—there were ants everywhere and a suspicious white powder on the ground, which we later realised was coming off the walls. The one saving grace is that the customer service is very very fast -- hence the 2 stars instead of 1.
