The Air conditioner was advertised for the property which was not working.Having paid full money of a hotel room, I was extremely disappointed about it and expected some compensation from the hotel but none was offered, just a sorry.

Modernes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service

Ein modernes Hotel, aber alles andere als steril. Sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Das Bett hat gute Matratzen, die uns gut schlafen ließen. Wir kamen nach einer 10 stündigen Autofahrt an und bekamen noch eine Gulaschsuppe serviert

The staff here were amazing during our stay! After our concert was cancelled they all helped boost our spirits with our own little concert in the lobby. Would definitely recommend this hotel after the experience we had with the staff there!

Nettes gemütliches Hotel

Ein super nettes Hotel wenn man nicht viel Zeit im Zimmer verbringen möchte. Man hat alles kompakt. Das Bad ist super nice. Ein etwas größeres Nachttischen würde ich mir vielleicht wünschen und einen runterklapparen Tisch wo man den Koffer raufpacken kann. Aber sonst Betten mega bequem, Dusche top, Service top, Frühstück lecker. Komme gerne wieder!

A nice hotel close to family who we were visiting. Also near a variety of transport (tram, train and taxi). Breakfast was excellent. I’m not sure if there were issues with the heating but my room was boiling and I heard other people say theirs was freezing. I slept with the window open due to the heat (even though it was icy cold outside) and personally found the road noise too much and it disturbed my sleep. In the grand scheme of things these were minor issues really and if I’d used earplugs I probably would have been fine!

Sehr zufrieden jederzeit wieder

Sehr freundliches Personal, das auch extra wünsche erfüllt. Alles modern und neu. Das Bett war mega bequem. Das Hotel Ansicht sehr sauber. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert und die Klimaanlage funktioniert super.

This hotel is very new and decorated with mostly reporpused or recycled materials, to reduce waste and pollution. It's very cosy and modern, and our room was very comfortable and clean. It's probably not the closest option to stay near the city center, but the area is so well served by public transport, we never felt this was an issue. Also we felt safe at every time of the day and knew we could have a drink in the hall of the hotel in case we didn't want to stay out until late. Very good option!

Alles neu und menschlich

Sehr netter Empfang; Hotelmanager Andre hat uns viele interessante Infos über das Hotel gegeben. Man merkt, dass das Hotel ganz neu ist; alles sehr sauber; positiv ist uns der sehr nette Umgang des Managements mit den Angestellten aufgefallen. Hotelbar hat rund um die Uhr geöffnet. Gewöhnungsbedürftig: die TV-Fernbedienung am Zimmer. In Summe ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Bin um 6 Uhr früh rausgeworfen mit wilden Beschuldigungen, die... managerin extrem inkompetent die.. behauptete sogar, das ich Personal sexuell belästigt, was selbstverständlich nicht Wahrheit gewesen. Dafür sollte ich sie bei Polizei anzeigen, nur ich war schockiert und nicht Beweise gesichert, schade. Also ich empfehle niemanden dort rein!!!
