Wichtig zu sagen für alle möglichen zukünftigen Bucher, das Bad und die Toilette ist für die komplette Etage. Im Raum der Toilette gibt es kein Waschbecken, dementsprechend muss man da darauf hoffen, dass das Bad in dem sich das Waschbecken befindet, frei ist. Die Sauberkeit lässt wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben uns im nahegelegenen dm selbst Desinfektionsmittel besorgt, um dort mit einem einigermaßen guten Gefühl duschen zu können. Wir sind wirklich nicht pingelig, aber das war dann doch eine Zumutung.
Weiterhin wird mit einem Self-Checkin geworben. Das ist zwar eingebaut, aber nicht funktionsfähig, das gesamte Gebäude steht jederzeit offen. Die Nummer, die für Fragen angegeben worden ist, ist auch nicht erreichbar, nur über Whatsapp und dort wird einem (unser Gefühl) mit Googleübersetzer geantwortet. Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort war höflich und hilfsbereit, jedoch war die gesamte Organisation katastrophal, da wir keinerlei Informationen wie angekündigt in der Nachricht nach der Buchung, vorher erhalten haben. Vor der Unterkunft stehend, haben wir durch viel Hin und herschreiben nach und nach alles erfahren, wie der Hase läuft.
Das positive, die Unterkunft liegt wirklich sehr zentral und wer eine Mcfit Mitgliedschaft hat, geht lieber da duschen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr lieblos.
Die Tagesdecke war fleckig auf beiden Seiten. Das gleiche gilt für den Vorhang. Die Wände waren angemerkt. Das Bad war eine kleine Nasszelle, d.h. wenn man geduscht hat, war die kleine Zelle mit Toilette ganz naß. Aus dem Duschkopf kam kein Wasser, sondern aus dem Übergang Schlauch, Duschkopf.
Das Wasser vom Duschen lief ins Zimmer.
Außerdem hat man jedes Geräusch der Nachbarn gehört, auf die Toilette gehen, alles
Unangenehm.

El personal deja mucho que desear le llame por teléfono para saber un poco de información y me contestó de malas maneras no lo recomiendo si desean una atención buena. La comodidad de la habitación doble era pésima, muchas escaleras.
No lo recomiendo, volveré a Austria pero nunca a esta alojamiento.

Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber, das Bad wurde nicht ordentlich genug gereinigt und das wasser ist nicht wirklich abgeflossen. Gab nur eine Decke und es lag überall Staub in den Ecken. Außerdem war alles hellhörig wodurch man auch alle anderen gehört hat.
