A nice and gorgeous hotel and its staffs. The hotel location is convenient especially considering to its cost. Breakfast is pretty delicious. It should be recommended in general.

A very good hotel for my first visit to Vienna
1) The hotel is very close to subway exit 2) The staff are very nice and helpful 3) Quite a number of restaurants, cafe, and supermarkets are nearby 4) The bed is comfortable, and it is quiet at night time The only complaint that I can think of is that the wifi is slower than I expect, but not a big problem

服務員很好，主動協助搬運行李；當我check out時遺留東西，他們的服務員很快幫我拿回。酒店房間不大，但舒適度不錯。酒店早餐很豐富，而酒店附近的壽司餐廳也不錯。地鐵站就在隔壁，就算走路到市中心也很方便。

Close yo subway.Very convenient to visit many places by subway or on foot. Very nice staff. I remember Jerry Bautista, Basim and Alberto who were very pleasant and helpful. The other staff were very polite and helpful including the gentleman who booked a ticket for concert for me. The room was spacious and cleaned nicely everyday. Organized e.g. ordered a cake and it came as promised or booked airport transport which was there on time. They just need to update their airport transport fee on their website.

Great location! Easy walk to transportation and all sights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Only negative was my room was close to a motor that hummed through the night which was a little annoying but otherwise great stay! Would definitely reccomend.

Great Location
The hotel is just outside of the U1 station which takes you directly to the town center or to the train station within a couple of minutes. There are also restaurants and markets nearby. They also have a very nice car service available to the airport. The room was large and clean.

Convenient access to central Vienna
This hotel is very well situated for easy access to the centre. The underground is 100m away and one stop to Karlsplatz which has links to everywhere. It’s very quiet and comfortable. Rooms nicely decorated. The breakfasts were good. We were not able to access English tv and the umbrellas were old and broken. But staff were lovely and helpful,

An Ok hotel in a good location. But the furniture is too tired. The room was cold (end of November). Breakfast: good selection but so-so taste (especially the scrambled eggs and that thing that tried to pass as bacon).

Great location and affordable
This hotel is very well located, walking distance from everything and surrounded by a trove of restaurants. If you drive, you can park your car for 8 euros a day at the University parking across the street. The hotel itself is nothing special and a bit outdated. It is however clean and comfortable but if you plan on spending time in your room, this is perhaps not the best option. We have not tried the hotel breakfast as there are plenty of choices around.

Charming, old-world feel to the building. The bed was comfortable and the bedding fresh and clean. Metro station right outside the door. Cafes and restaurants in close walking proximity. Staff helpful and friendly. The bathroom was newly renovated and sparkling clean. Shower fixtures were oddly placed making it awkward to find the right spot to stand for showering. For the price of the breakfast, 17 euros, we expected to see fresh fruit, a toaster for the bread and maybe some bacon of which there was none.

The hotel itself is clean and very pleasant. The double room was well sized, with a great bathroom and shower. The breakfast is definitely not worth the price they charge. The location is fantastic and close walking distance to many attractions. The service at the hotel, particularly the check in was terrible. Not only did the reception staff lie about the hotel having rooms with balconies (which it does and says so on the hotel website) but they were also very rude and in no rush to process the check in until exactly 2pm even though i offered to pay extra to be able to access my room after traveling for 14 hours and explaining to them that I am not feeling well. The hotel is great but could definitely use better reception staff than the 2 ladies who work the desk during the day - clearly they do not grasp the concept of customer service nor do they care to provide it and I think with better staff the hotel would be far more successful

Check-in is possible from 2 p.m. To garantee early-check-in it is necassary to book the pre-night. We always try to get rooms ready earlier, but unfortunately on this day it was not possible for your room.On your reservation for the first days the request for a balcony was unfortunately not noted. But on your request at arrival, we have exchanged and upgraded your room, so that you had a small balcony with it. Since your room with balcony was not ready yet, we offered you to check in with a room without balcony before 2 p.m. You did not want to take this offer, so check-in for your room was only possible from 2 p.m. onwards.We are glad to hear that you liked our room & could enjoy some sightseeing in Vienna.Best regards,your Hotel Johann Strauss

建物は必ずしも最新ではありませんが、部屋は清潔です。バストイレは別。鍵はオートロックではありません。私はツインの部屋をシングルユースしましたが、部屋の広さは東京のビジネスホテル2部屋分以上はあったと思います。 朝食はハム類・チーズ類・パン・シリアル・ヨーグルト・スクランブルエッグ・トマトとピーマンなどの野菜。メニュー豊かという感じではありませんが、クロワッサンはおいしく、ウィーンの朝はカフェで朝食した方が楽しいかもしれないこともあり、不便は感じませんでした。 中心区から外れていることもあり、周辺の地区は華美・賑やかではありません。しかし中心地に向かう地下鉄・トラムの駅が近いため、ウィーンの街が小さいこともあって、不便は感じませんでした。（中心地区の主要観光地は15分程度でアクセスできます） 予算があればもう少し上のホテルの方を狙ってもよいかもしれませんが、比較的リーズナブルでしたので、満足です。

Meget fint hotel tæt på centrum og U-Bahn station. Pænt og rent overalt. God morgenmad. Vi havde 5 værelser i alt - støj fra elevator har generet på værelse 104 og 105. Støj fra udvendig ventilation på værelse 412. Unødvendigt med at skifte håndklæder under et ophold m/ 3 nætter!
