We had the most perfect stay at this hotel. The room was clean and beautiful with truly one of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in! The staff were so accommodating and made us feel very welcome! Particularly Nancy who was so lovely to talk to and very helpful. The location is perfect for seeing Vienna, I would really recommend staying here!

Great location! Rooms are large and clean. Loved this hotel and the location was perfect. Close to the main walking street , shops and sites. Don't skip the breakfast it was the best part of our stay. The food is so good, on top of the buffet you get to order off of a menu. Delicious!

The neighborhood is centrally located and the street was safe and quiet at night. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The patio was very nice. The staff were very nice and helpful. I hope to come back again.

very clean, and while still in the city center, was on a quieter street (versus some of the really really touristy hotels). Just steps away from wonderful restaurants, musicals, venues, etc.. The room was lovely, the only feedback I have for the hotel is that there was basically no “surface space” only one very small round table, and the kettle and coffee maker took up the entire table. Every member of the staff was absolutely wonderful! The breakfast was great! And the outdoor courtyard was lovely to sit in. I highly highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for my wonderful stay!

L'hôtel est tres bien placé pour visiter à pieds, pres de tout, dans une rue calme. Vraiment confortable, nous avions une chambre pour 4, très grande, salon + chambre séparé par des portes, un canapé lit pour 2 dans le salon. J'ai trouvé le personnel particulièrement accueillant et serviable. La propreté est irréprochable, j'ai meme rarement vu aussi propre. Salle de bain avec baignoire et douche, table sur laquelle on peut meme manger a 4, fauteuils, machine expresso et bouilloire, tv grand ecran, clim (bon pas eu besoin)... J'ai tres peu entendu les autres clients, l'isolation était visiblement top. Et surtout un petit déjeuner vraiment fabuleux, avec un service du jamais vu pour ma part. Il y a un buffet et on peut aussi commander plusieurs plats vraiment bons, compris dans le prix. Il y a aussi une salle de sport et un spa (compris) dans l'hôtel que nous n’avons pas eu le temps d'utiliser.

la chambre a des fenetres mal isolées thermiquement et phoniquement... la chambre donne sur la cour interieure qui est une sorte de puit carré. Les portes de cette cour interieure grincent, claquent ... le tout est amplifié par la forme de cette cour. Donc impossible de dormir apres 7h30 du fait que le personnel fait son travail et ouvre et claque les portes... Les chambres sont minimalistes et les salles de bain un peu juste pour un 4 etoiles qu'il ne merite pas.
