Breakfast was delicious and the shower worked well. The staff were very helpful. Azra in particular helped me look for a lost item and helped me book my train tickets to Prague. Lea and Lili also were helpful, but Azra is a shining star!

We loved our stay at this beautiful, elegant hotel in Vienna. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were incredibly warm and helpful, offering great sightseeing recommendations and promptly delivering anything we needed to our room. We enjoy their breakfast. The complimentary cakes and treats were such a thoughtful touch. We couldn’t have been happier and would gladly stay here again!

They key to my stay was the staff. From dropping off my luggage 7 hours before check in to helping with the sauna, excellent breakfast service and just generally being helpful and kind, they made my stay excellent. No complaints about the property or location either. Both perfect for a one or ten night stay!

We’ve stayed here twice this year. Lovely staff who are always cheerful, friendly and happy to help. Central location for everything we want to see as new-to-Austria tourists. Clean, quiet and secure. Impressive building and well maintained. We can’t imagine trying anywhere else in Vienna.

The staff was very efficient throughout our stay. The room was small but it totally suited our needs as we did not spend time in our room but rather out exploring the city. This hotel is a perfect proximity to different tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is ideally situated in the old town and is a very short wall to some great restaurants and cafes and is also adjacent to the main pedestrian only shopping area. It is also a 4 minute walk from the the main stop for the hop on hop off site seeing bus. The hotel itself is very modern inside an older building. The rooms are of a good size and very comfortable. The staff, especially at the reception desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would chose the hotel again if staying in the heart of old town Vienna. The only slight inconveniences are that the hotel is on a pedestrian only street so to get a taxi later in the day involves a short walk to the end of the street.

This hotel was perfectly located just a few minutes from the the Opera House and main Vienna sites. The hotel was newly renovated with stylish appointed bedrooms. We were in Vienna during a heat wave and the air conditioning of the hotel was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and overall a lovely stay.

This is an excellent hotel. Centrally based, clean, very comfortable beds (with a choice of pillows on offer if you want). I had a basic single room on the third floor and it was very quiet, air conditioning worked well, was quiet…and was able to remain on when you left the room which was very welcome during a heatwave! The towels and bathrobe were soft, plenty of toiletries and I also had a kettle in my room…the only thing really missing was a mini fridge but the bar is happy to provide ice for your water bottles etc. Breakfast was good and plentiful and best of all are the staff, all of whom I interacted with were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.
