Beautiful hotel! Staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and absolutely gorgeous! Located within walking distance to pretty much all main attractions and just down the block from transit lines. Would absolutely stay again & recommend to anyone visiting Vienna!

Fantastic very large room with private sauna. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing. The food and service were great. My only complaint is that I tried booking a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and they stop responding to my emails. Otherwise, I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. The Salt and Honey restaurant at the hotel has a good menu and offer 10% discount when staying at the hotel. My wife and I enjoyed our few nights at House of Ble which has a great location for seeing Vienna’s many city centre attractions.

Rooms were clean. Design of rooms were calming. Floor to ceiling curtains add verticality and height giving the feeling of grandeur. Great room color palette to calm jet lag for travelers. Meditative. Staff were courteous, attentive, and professional. Good was fresh every day. Communication was great. Requested double twin bed in advance and was promptly fulfilled. Also asked for ironing board and was given right away. Great location. Museum next to it. Also grocery store, small restaurants, and subway around the corner. I highly would recommend. Thank you.

We are very happy with our stay. House of Ble is located at centre of most attractions , shopping and music venue, all in the walking distance. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable. We will definitely come back!

Excellent hotel. Really stylish, spacious and well thought through room with comfy bed. The entire hotel is lovely and its adjoining restaurant Salt and Honey is a beautiful place to have breakfast. Quality of breakfast was exceptional with lots of choice presented and cooked to high standard. Location is very central as lots of things are a short walk as well as being connected to lots of public transport options. Public areas are well maintained and staff friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and the hotel looks beautiful in the pictures. However, the room wasn’t cleaned to a sufficient level — I don’t think they ever did vacuum cleaning during the week we stayed there, which was obvious because the floor got quite dirty with fluff and dust. We could see mould in the bathroom, which is surprising considering that the hotel is quite new. Also, they have some issues with heating; therefore, it was cold in the room, which is critical in such cold weather as we had. We had to ask for additional blankets, and eventually they had to give us an additional heater. Lastly, we booked a Superior Double Room with a large bed, a sofa, and a table. There were pictures of this room that we saw and liked. When we arrived, they gave us a room that was missing half of this furniture and looked very different from the pictures. When I mentioned that the room didn’t look like the one we booked and didn’t have a table or a sofa, they immediately offered us the same room but with the missing furniture. Why they couldn’t do that straight away? Why did we have to have all those conversations? Because the room still didn’t look like the one that we booked, we were given a free upgrade to a Suite, which is nice. However, the first experience when we just arrived wasn’t too good, which is very disappointing, considering that you are tired from all the travelling. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful too.
