Loved my stay overall! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the location is super nice too. Walking distance from the stations and trams and even groceries and restaurants! The only issue I had was the no control over AC, but that’s just me since my body temp runs really warm. Will definitely stay with them again when I’m back in Vienna 💖 Obrigada!!!

I loved staying there. The staff so nice, the breakfast room so lovely, the location so great I loved the old building. It is not astentatious, but it is just the kind of place I love to stay in, right on a canal, so easy to walk all around. Great staff.

Great hotel with excellent transport links to all of the sights. Down side was that they were not able to provide gluten free choices at breakfast despite informing the hotel well in advance that this would be a requirement. Also, a bedside table at both sides of the bed would be of far more use than a swinging chair.
