Great Place; Needs Attention
The apartment is excellent light and large, with good appointments. The building, a bit tawdry. The neighborhood, perfect. What was most vexing was the lack of attention to maintenance: drains in kitchen, baths; lamps with no bulbs; coffee machines that didn't work. Communications with host frustratingly poor.

Excellent rental for a stay in Vienna. Great neighborhood. Bust stop right outside the door. Tram and taxi stand within a block. Clean and well kept unit. Nice outdoor seating area. I would return!

Geräumiges Appartement- aber von Luxus keine Spur
Sauberkeit ausbaufähig, wenig Handtücher, alles zusammengewürfelt, vieles defekt… war bestimmt mal eine tolle Wohnung, ist aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Den „Lucus“ sollte man dringend aus der Beschreibung nehmen. Lage top und sehr geräumig ist es ebenfalls. Preis-Leistung ok, wir würden es aber nicht mehr buchen.

Lage top, Wohnung auch mal top gewesen, leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht wirklich sauber (Abzugshaube triefte vor altem Fett, Abflüsse funktionierten nur sehr schlecht). Fernsehen konnte man nicht, beim ersten Kontakt prompte Antwort vom Vermieter, nachdem das Problem damit aber nicht gelöst war, keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr. Sehr schade...

Gute Lage der Wohnung, ruhig, sauber, alles vorhanden. Man kann die Zimmer nicht abdunkeln. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut und unkompliziert. Würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
