“We stayed early in the season (Dec), so the hotel was not operating with every possible amenity. Still, for a family holiday, it just barely sufficed, given the price. Pros: spacious room, nice balcony, good location to Rosshutte ski bus. Well heated. Cons: limited access to kettle, microwave, fridge. Games area for kids wete only at a charge of €2 for any item. TV service limited. Some parts of the hotel were well-used. A bit of a walk to town centre, although still relatively central.……

“The location is fantastic -very close to main train station, area felt safe and very easy access to the centre for sightseeing, eateries etc. Staff were extremely welcoming and courteous. Another thing worth mentioning is that the cleanliness of the bedding, cups and plates was rare in my 30 years of travel. It is an excellent hotel and worth recommending. If I return to Innsbruck, weisses kreus is definitely the only choice.”
