Great location and host

Fernando gave us great hospitality and advice, even providing a free place to park in this lovely city. Apt has views of the sea and is virtually on top of the ferry to Cies, etc. All around the streets are filled with lovely eateries, and it is a few steps from the famous Rua des Ostras, where the freshest oysters and seafood can be obtained. We had a car and did not fly in, but one should know that the city bus from the airport takes only about 20 min. and will drop you quite near the apt, for 1.5 or so euros. Great tour of the city. The apt is well furnished and has all the items you'd need for a comfortable stay, whether you cook in or eat out regularly. Good windows keep out noise and provide good ventilation when you need it.

Nice flat, great location

The location was great, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted, the flat was well equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, and smart TV. Everything we needed was supplied, and the bedrooms were spacious.

Excellent Location

The apartment is as presented. It is on the 4th floor (with elevator) with a partial view of the bay and marina which is only about a block away. It was sparkling clean and very well equipped. Fernando was also very helpful in orienting us. Vigo is a lovely city. There were many shops, cafes and restaurants right near the apartment and numerous interesting places to discover. The location made for a very good home base.

Apartamento acogedor y agradable en pleno centro de Vigo

Hemos pasado una semana en el apartamento de Fernando y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Está ubicado justo entre el centro histórico y el inicio del ensanche, junto a la ría (que se ve parcialmente desde el balcón) y a unos pasos de la terminal marítima desde donde parten los barcos a las islas Cíes y otras excursiones. El apartamento tiene una zona de salón y cocina muy soleada en la parte superior que da a la calle (con buena insonorización en los ventanales) y dos dormitorios y dos baños en la parte inferior que dan a los patios posteriores y son tranquilos. Dispone de lavavajillas y lavadora-secadora, que resultan muy cómodos. El tema del aparcamiento, complicado en el centro de Vigo, lo resolvimos con un bono semanal por 50€ en el parking Areal a unos 8-10 minutos a pie del apartamento, que recomendamos. Aunque no coincidimos personalmente, el anfitrión estuvo disponible en todo momento y agradecimos sus sugerencias e indicaciones. Para nosotros fue un alojamiento acogedor desde donde descubrir Vigo y alrededores.
