This comfortable apartment, perfect for 4 people, is located in the most tourist area of Vilagarcía de Arousa.

Totally exterior and overlooking the beautiful gardens of Parque da Compostela, the promenade and the beach of La Compostela, this modern house located on the second floor of a modern building, has a perfect location: Only 10 minutes walking from the city center and another 10 minutes from the tourist town of Carril. Just follow the promenade.

Fantastica ubicacion

El edificio del departmento es moderno e impecable. El departamento tiene una ubicacion excelente ya que esta justo en el malecon, con una vista maravilllosa de la playa y el parque. Su interior es comodo y lleno de luz. El supermercado Mercadona esta a una cuadra, y el centro de Vilgarcia a pocos minutos caminando. El propietario, una persona gentil, y eficiente al contactarse.
