Nice cabin on a river!

Great little cabin. We bought our dogs and stayed for a week and skied at Sugar mountain. Good location to skiing both sugar and beech. And close too Boone. River was great. Only a couple minor things: Hot tub cover is very hard to get back on taken completely off, and not as much privacy as we originally thought (road is right behind the house). Otherwise good stay!

Nice getaway

Spent 3 relaxing nights in this cozy log cabin on the Watauga River near the Mast Farm inn. Cabin was very comfortable and quiet… and convenient to all the things we wanted to do.

A wonderful retreat

This is a very nice property that is in great shape and has been lovingly maintained. Everything was as good as, if not better, than as described. Very likely to return in the future.

Budget Property

The property had some nice features that aligned with the pictures, but a few details impacted the overall experience. For example, there was a trash bag near the entrance that appeared to have been disturbed by an animal, and the house had a noticeable musty scent. The bed linens and comforter were quite thin, which could be improved for added comfort. Additionally, the floor outside the two main-floor bedrooms felt unstable and may need attention. While these aspects might have been less significant at a different price point, they stood out given the premium rate.

Great Honeymoon Stay

We loved our stay here! The property was clean, well equipped with everything you needed, the hot tub was amazing and we just loved the atmosphere. We got married at grandfather mountain while we were here so it was a great way to start off our marriage! I hope to come back.

Sweet mountain cabin

Nicely appointed yet close enough to town. Very peaceful and right next to the Wautauga River. Loved the atmosphere and quietude. Will stay again. Also we had the best weather this week seventies during the day and fifties at night.

Great relaxing stay

The property was in a great location. It is busy on the bridge as it’s a well traveled road but it would not stop me from coming back. Lots of fishing on the bridge but fun to watch. You can put a tube in and float down to the valle cruis park which was so fun! The hot tub was removed from the property but Blue Ridge Mountain rentals was amazing to work with and making things right on that end. I got numerous emails making sure we were all set with our stay and would deffinitely be back!

Wonderful weekend Mountain getaway!

This little cabin was perfect for me and my husband! We had friends meet us for a day and we fished the river, built a fire in the firepit, made smores, and grilled burgers and dogs for dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and the sound of the river flowing by was so relaxing. We would definitely consider staying again!

We decide to finally plan a trip to NC with our kids and friends, we loved our caben, it’s was even more beautiful than in the pictures, kids loved it to, super near to the mountains and grocery store. It was perfect ❣️

Family time!

We enjoyed our stay, the cabin well equipped, front river view, wild live animals around (deers lol! so cute). A really great place to relax, spend time with family and be in contact with nature. Definetely a place to come back.

Relaxation!!

We really enjoyed the peaceful stay at the Bridgepoint Cabin!! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed to make the week away feel like home. The road was a little close to the cabin but we got used to it after a while. We will stay again!

Great location!

Loved the cabin and location! Right on the river with beautiful views. Close to the ski resorts… we went to Sugar mountain (15 minute drive or so) very close to Boone and the amenities. Our dog loved it and enjoyed the multiple deer running nearby! The hot tub was great! We did stay during a weather event and it was nice to see the snowplows and brining trucks going right by. The roads were fine! Tough to see the debris from the hurricane… happy to bring back some life to the area!!! We did try to fish but no luck… ecosystem changes understood but we gave it a try anyway. I will say the cabin advertised a gas grill… the grill was present but the propane tank was not. The towels were sparse… 4 total for the 3 of us… we used the washer and dryer frequently… plenty of paper products for a 3 day trip. I did bring some but didn’t need them. Also brought laundry detergent which I used but didn’t need the dish detergent. All in all, we had a great time!

Awesome time at Bridgepoint

We had a wonderful time relaxing in the mornings and evenings. During the days we hiked Grandfather Mountain and Linville Gorge. And hiked down Sugar Mountain. What a beautiful location. The hot tub and fireplace were perfect for this mountain getaway!

Blueridge Cabin

Cabin needs maintenance and the location of the property is deceiving from the pictures. Property is located at a busy corner for traffic and people fishing off the bridge located right outside the front door.
