「Good place and good staff and Amazing Breakfast」

「Wonderful hotel. Great location and decoration. The staff is super nice. We can’t have breakfast in Day 1 because we need to leave hotel earlier for food trip but she still prepare breakfast for us with warming greeting:)」

「very nice and comfortable」

「We arrived quite late and it was a little difficult to find in the dark, but our hosts were able to come out to meet us at the gate. The hosts were amazing! We arrived as guests and left after 4 nights feeling like family. They are wonderful. The breakfast was home made with more variety than we could wish for. Best breakfast we have had in Italy! If you are wanting to stay in the Modena area, this is a great place to call home for a few days. Hosts are 11/10!」

「Great location with excellent restaurants in very close proximity. Small garage so include it in your reservation. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Small bathroom but that is quite common in Italy.」

「Staff, the room! 」
