The location on Quai des Orfèvres is simply unbeatable, the views over Pont Neuf and the Seine are breathtaking at every hour of the day and night. The apartment itself is clean, beautifully appointed and exactly as described. The host is wonderfully responsive and accommodating, making the whole experience seamless. 「The check in process is a nightmare and we were unable to reach a service staff member to help us get checked in. We did not get to stay in the apartment and the worst experience ever. No help, left out on the side of the street for hours. Eventually had to make other arrangements. The support team did not exist and Expedia is investigating.」
