「An incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. They upgraded us to a balcony room with a beautiful view of the water. The beds were also very comfy and AC was strong. I could not have had a better experience! Only complaint, 20 euros each to use the pool is a bit extreme, especially for a nice hotel like that, you’d expect it to be free.」

「Excellent hotel in a high demand area. Was very impressed with the hotel’s standards, cleanliness, amenities and modernisation. The location is brilliant and is in short walking distance to most of Cannes hottest spots, as well as the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. Thank you to all at Hotel Cristal!」

「Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). 「Fantastiskt läge, speciellt Om man inte har bil. Fina rum, men saknar en del praktiska delar, ex hänga handdukar, hänga kläder, toalettrullen, toaletten är otroligt liten, man får knappt plats där. Städningen skiljer sig åt mellan dagarna, men nu dagen städas och fylls på med kaffe mm andra dagen glöms dessa grejer bort. Detta är enbart feedback till hotellet och absolut inget som vi tycker var negativt, för oss var boendet väldigt fint och bra och har ett fantastiskt läge.」
