to Chalet le Perchoir in Villard-Reculas. This traditional chalet will open in January 2020 and is located in the Alpe d'Huez ski area. It offers breathtaking views of the Belledonne mountain range. Direct access to the ski school, ski-in/ski-out, all the comforts you need for a wonderful stay. Large cathedral-style living room with old wooden beams and walls, wood-burning stove. A spa on the balcony offers a magical view of the sunsets. Sauna, fitness room. Netflix, OCS, AmzPvid. Accommodation Everything is done to ensure that young and old alike have a wonderful stay. The chalet has 4 double bedrooms with 160x200 beds, each with its own bathroom. 2 bedrooms with 80x200 bunk beds, one with its own bathroom and the second with a sink. A sleeping area with an 80x200 bunk bed with chest of drawers and sink. In terms of amenities, you will find: Free WiFi, a spa heated to 38°C, a sauna, a screening room with Netflix, OCS, Amazon Prime Video, and a fitness room equipped with Nohrd equipment. There is also a summer kitchen opening onto a south-facing terrace equipped with a large Traeger BBQ. Two ski rooms with boot warmers. Five-star quality bedding, with beds made. Four double bedrooms (160x200 cm), each with its own shower and sink, two bedrooms with bunk beds (80x200 cm), one of which has its own shower and sink. The second bedroom has a sink. Family bicycling trip of a lifetime

We absolutely loved the place. It was beautiful and the views were amazing. Perfect place for cycling the alps. The beds, the showers, the setting, the high end kitchen, and jacuzzi/and sauna and having a washer and dryer was an added benefit. We had 12 adults and 1 baby. There were 4 really comfy and wonderful bedrooms for couples and then 3 bedrooms with bunks. We really had such a wonderful time in a majestic setting and a fabulous chalet.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön. Die Lage der Blick einfach traumhaft. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit im Wohnbereich sehr zum wünschen übrig. Im ganzen Chalet war es sehr kalt und als Antwort hat man leider nur bekommen, die Heizung kann man nicht höher stellen und das im Winter. Ist für diesen Preis von Chalet ein absolutes no Go. Kinder sind leider nun krank zu Hause angekommen.

Beau chalet avec superbe vue pour vacances en famille

Tout le monde a beaucoup apprécié les installations du chalet, sauna, Jacuzzi, les lits super comfortables. L' arrivée en skis au chalet est très pratique. La console de jeu a beaucoup plu aussi. La vue est magnifique.

Super chalet, je recommande ! Attention pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou enfants bas ages. Le chalet est en hauteur sur 4 étages avec pas mal d'escaliers. Sinon prestations au top !

Die Übergabe/ Einweisung erfolgte ohne Probleme 1 Std vor dem offiziellen Mietbeginn. Serge ist sehr freundlich hat durch das Haus geführt und alles erklärt. Die Ausstattung des Chalets ist sehr hochwertig, alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Zum wandern gibt die Region mehr als genug her. Das Panorama vom Balkon oder der Terrasse ist hervorragend. Wir waren 4 Tage in dem Chalet. Arcade Games total gut, die Sauna und der Whirlpool wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Was jedoch erforderlich gewesen wäre ist dir gestellung von Chlor Tabletten um den Pool zu reinigen, dieser war am 4 Tag nicht mehr nutzbar wegen Verschmutzungen obwohl vor jedem Gang geduscht wurde. Die Schlafzimmer sind günstig fotografiert und schon klein was jedoch auch nicht gegenteilig angegeben wurde. Toiletten wie immer in Frankreich gegenüber Deutschland sehr klein aber erfüllen Ihren Zweck. Insgesamt 5 Sterne, kann ich jedem nur empfehlen

enige opmerking de fotos en uitleg van de kamers met stapelbed niet duidelijk ,1 zonder daglicht ,1 op de doorgang ( hal)naar de kamers dit is geen kamer te noemen,met grote groep volwassenen is dit niet volwaardig als kamers wat jammer was voor ons gezelschap

Beau chalet gâché par des travaux

Le chalet est formidable : Des matériaux de qualité, Une cuisine hyper fonctionnelle avec des ustensiles de professionnel. Le fait d’avoir une salle de bain par chambre est très appréciable. Anne et Serge de la conciergerie ont été aux petits soins avec nous et ont toujours répondu à nos demandes. Un magnifique barbecue n’a pas pu être utilisé car restant à installer. Il n’était pas prévu dans l’annonce mais nous étions déçus de ne pouvoir manger de grillades entre amis. Anne et Serge en ont donc trouvé un en dépannage. C’était très serviable de leur part. Nous avons été cependant déçus de constater à notre arrivée 2 grues et une construction de chalets en cours qui était plutôt bruyante (ils travaillent de 7h à 20h). Nous avons regretté que le propriétaire n’ait pas eu l’honnêteté de nous prévenir avant de valider la réservation. 4 des 5 places de stationnement étaient inutilisables. 3 d’entre elles occupées par le matériel de la société de construction et 1 occupée par un voisin qui passe par la même entrée que nous ... nous avons libéré nous mêmes une des places en déplaçant le matériel car nous étions à 2 voitures. Par ailleurs le chalet ne comporte que 6 chambres et non 7. 2 lits superposés sont accessibles dans le couloir qui mène aux autres chambres donc l’intimité reste compliquée dans ces conditions. Heureusement nous avons pu jouir d’une vue imprenable sur la montagne qui nous faisait oublier la vue et le bruit des travaux de l’autre côté de la maison (dans la cuisine). Concernant l’exposition, seule la pièce de vie pouvait bénéficier d’une belle luminosité traversante. Dans les étages plus bas, la lumière était cachée par le chalet du voisin (sauf une) ou sans fenêtre donc moins lumineuses. Le vis à vis avec le chalet du voisin n’est pas idéal puisque ce dernier pouvait me voir de sa terrasse à la sortie de ma douche ... Globalement nous avons passé un bon séjour mais il faudra songer à quelques améliorations et indications supplémentaires dans le descriptif de la location. Merci au propriétaire et à la conciergerie.

Optimisation parfaite d'une situation exceptionnelle.

La vue est à couper le souffle. L'endroit est vraiment charmant avec un confort 4*. Tout le nécessaire imaginable au niveau de la cuisine semble être présent. Chaque chose est bien pensée, Cinéma, gym, babyfoot, pacman, jacuzzi ... même la sono et le réseau wifi sont de qualité. Pour resté objectif et couper un peu les cheveux en 4... 2 petits points à noter: La plupart de douches éclaboussent au dehors de l'espace prévu nécessitant parfois un petit coup de raclette. Il y a quelques échardes qui s'échappent des boiseries quand on s'y frotte un peu trop. (La pince à épilé peu s'avéré utile.) Mais ces 2 petits détails n'auraient pu en rien gâcher notre magnifique séjour dans cette villa de rêve.
