    The best part of renting our beach home is not just the money you'll save but the quiet location of our home. You will find the perfect retreat offering privacy and space that no hotel can rival!
    Witness the daily beautiful sunset over the bay with a walk on the bay with or without your pet, enjoy a ride in a kayak, we have on premises, and it is not unusual to see dolphins swimming or birds frolicking over the Bay. Spawning of horseshoe crabs, producing one of the most dramatic natural phenomena anywhere in the world.The Delaware Bay's shores are a critical stopover area for six species of migrating birds. Enjoy fishing right of the beach where you may be lucky to hook on a bluefish, tautog, tilefish and sea bass. For bigger and feistier fish book local charters and catch tuna or marlin. Crabbing locations are short distance away. Our home is located on an oversized Lot, fenced yard (42 inches fencing) ideal for your pets to run around safe and it is landscaped with tall evergreens for privacy. The grass inside the yard is not even nor is it picturesque due to the elements of salt
    Air and sand with that said there maybe some
    Spurs in the yard and surrounding. We have a service cut the grass biweekly but eliminating these spurs is nearly impossible. You can park your cars inside the lot, so it is easier to carry your belongings to and from the house. Interior decor of the home is warm and inviting offering comfortable mattresses and couches to rest after a busy sightseeing tour.
    With more places to go, more things to see, there's never been a better time to make your dream come true. Choosing our vacation home with the right budget in mind is a long lasting memory for years to come. If you wish to take a tour prior to booking let us know, we will accomodate you and set up a time. Our hostess, Bettina, was very friendly and responsive. We absolutely loved the location—being just steps away from the bay was wonderful, and watching the beautiful sunsets in the evening was definitely a highlight of our stay. The house was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.The house is a bit dated and could benefit from a few updates. The couch was not particularly comfortable, and we would have appreciated a few table or floor lamps to make the living areas a little cozier in the evenings. We also had to thoroughly clean the grill before we were able to use it.Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay. Being so close to the bay made our Cape May vacation very special.

Another wonderful vacation at this property! This well stocked home is perfect for our family to enjoy the long Memorial Day weekend and is steps away from the Bay Beach and a short drive to everything you would want in Cape May. Even though it was a rainy weekend, there are still plenty of things to do and we really enjoyed the zoo… Thank you again for providing this home for us to enjoy! We may be back this year again, but definitely next year!

Make sure you know how much is being charged for pet rent up front. Its not a deposit. Its just extra rent on top of what you are paying. Washer wasnt working. Several trips to laundry mat.

Beautiful place and lot! My grandchildren and grand-dogs enjoyed walking to and playing in the bay. Perfect location as we visited both Cape May and Wildwood.

Wonderful stay

Bettina is a great host, very responsive and has a lovely well equipped property. The house is very comfortable and has every thing you will need for your stay. The location is perfect. So close to the beach.

Great location

Perfect place to stay for our family. Very short walk to the beach and a short drive to Cape May. Boys loved being able to fish in the bay and the girls loved going to the beach.

Property was amazing. Perfect for our children and dogs. The lot is enormous, and loved having it fenced in for safety of pets and children. Steps to the bay, centrally located, short drive to Wildwood and Cape May.

Perfect location - just a short walk to beach access. Beach was very private and quiet our entire stay. The fenced in yard was huge and perfect for our 2 energetic golden retrievers. The master bedroom was spacious and perfect for our travel crib for our baby. Villas is a a quiet town but conveniently close to Cape May and Wildwood for restaurants and the boardwalk. Would definitely stay again.

We had the best time! The house was perfect for our family. Outside sitting areas in front and back were great and the house had everything we needed for our stay. The sunsets were absolutely stunning!

The house was even lovelier than on our last visit. A perfect calm and relaxing vacation, very peaceful, beautiful sunsets and a pleasure to experience. Just a breath of fresh air for the whole family.

Great house near the bay!

House comfortably held 6 adults and three dogs. We enjoyed being so close to the bay and a short drive to Cape May! This is our second time renting from Bettina and we plan to do so again!

The house was perfect for my family of 4 our dog. The fenced in large yard was great for her. Beautiful sunsets a house away from the bay beach was incredible. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. Wildwood and Cape May are within 20 min drive. We will absolutely be revisiting this house next year. Family and dog approved.

Comfortable home steps from the beach

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, well equipped home. It was great to have a fenced in yard for our dog to explore. The star property of this home is its location a few steps from the lovely bay beach, and we truly appreciated it. We’d love to come back!

Vacation in the Villas

Lovely location. Clean and quiet. Mosquito made sitting outside impossible. Others in my family loved the bay for morning and sunset walks. Good kitchen to make brkfst before beach day. WIFI and TV were good. AC worked well. We all had a wonderful time.
