Along the southern coast of Sardinia, in a quiet yet central location in Villasimius, the modern holiday apartment Suite Home Simius is within walking distance of the gorgeous beach and offers a terrace with beautiful sea views. Stretching across 2 floors, the apartment is decorated in an elegant, chic style and consists of a living room with a sofa bed (for one person), a well-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and cable television. Outside, you will find a veranda with a dining area, which overlooks colorful rooftops and the glittering sea. Here you can enjoy delicious meals in the evenings and admire the sunset over the water. Due to the apartment’s central location, a grocery store and a nice selection of restaurants, bars and shops are located within a 400 m radius (5 minutes walking). The beloved beach Spiaggia di Simius, with its white sand and crystal clear water, furthermore awaits you just 1.4 km or a 19-minute walk away.

Excellent Stay, Close to Everything
My family and I spent 4 nights in Villasimius and the apartment was perfect for our stay. We were able to walk to town for meals and shopping, the beach is just 1 mile. The apartment is spacious and clean. Only issue was WiFi was spotty. Communication with Jennifer and Fabrizio was seamless. Would recommend to anyone.

Our stay at home Simius
The house is cosy and clean. Nearby the centre. Villasimius is rather touristic but nice.The people are very nice.
The sea is the most beautiful we have ever seen in Sardegna. The water is like crystal. Amazing swimming among fishes. We had a very nice stay.
