Villetta Accu is Prezzus E is part of a well-maintained holiday resort in the little town of Simius and only a few metres from the sea. With a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can accommodate 7 people. Facilities in the child-friendly vacation flat also include a cot, an extra bed (for an additional fee), heating (for an additional fee) and a parking space. The idyllic and covered terrace is furnished with garden furniture and surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. Here you can spend relaxing holidays. The nearest beach is a mere 3 minutes’ walk (80 m away) and there are supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away by car.



2 pets are allowed (for an additional fee).
