Cosy, comfortable single-family house. On the outskirts Villasimius, 180 m from the sea, 180 m from the beach. Private: small garden (fenced). 500 m long narrow motor access to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 1.1 km, restaurant, café 300 m, bus stop "cordolino blu" 2 km, sandy beach "Campolongu" 180 m. Sports harbour 2.2 km, marina 2.2 km, golf course (18 hole) 1.6 km. Nearby attractions: Porto Giunco 2 km, Costa Rei 8 km, Cagliari 50 km. Please note: car recommended.

Great house and great location!

We enjoyed our stay here and had an amazing time. It was a slightly longer walk to Villasimius, but it's fine with a car. It is also extremely close to some of the most beautiful beaches I have visited. The only issue we ran into was with the wifi/Internet. It was not always reliable, but we made it work. Otherwise, wonderful all around!
