Beautiful, luxurious holiday development. In the resort 1 km from the centre of Villasimius, in a quiet, sunny position, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. Motor access to the house. Shop 250 m, supermarket, restaurant 150 m, bar 200 m, bus stop "via Roma La Lanterna" 1 km, railway station "Cagliari" 60 km, ferry "Cagliari" 60 km, sandy beach "Simius" 900 m. Marina 3 km. Nearby attractions: Spiaggia Porto Giunco 3 km, Cala Sinzias 11 km, Porto Sa Ruxi 10 km, Costa Rei 17 km, Quartu Sant'Elena 56 km, Aeroporto Cagliari 65 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
