On the ground floor: living room, with sofa bed, library, TV with TNT, DVD player, hifi system; very nice fully equipped kitchen area, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, gas hob, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils

Outside: pleasant private garden and terrace facing south, with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, wrought iron trellis and spring water fountain
