Studio à Villers sur Mer

Refurbished studio with the possibility of 4 beds (but preferably 3 given the configuration of the studio) located in a quiet residence, beach 5 minutes walk, Villers 2000 shopping centre 4 minutes away, free shuttle to the city centre (5 minutes). Paleospace 3 minutes away, large lake nearby, with rosalie rental.
It consists of:
- an entrance a living room with 2 quality sofa beds for sleeping,
- a kitchen area equipped with: refrigerator, electric hob and microwave/grill, Nespresso coffee machine
- a shower room with toilet
Linen (sheets, towels) is not provided. Cleaning is to be carried out, by you, at the end of the stay. An end-of-stay cleaning option is offered at €40. Pets are not allowed.

Weekly rental:
- 300 euros in May and June, September
- 440 euros in July
- 490 euros in August
