「This is most difficult hotel experience we have ever encountered in all our years of many travels. My husband and I were in Boario Terme so that he could attend a rigorous program at the Parkinson Institute. In fact this hotel was listed by the Institute as small ,friendly and welcoming. We had booked a 6 night stay. When we checked in I asked the manager if we could stay an extra night and he agreed, Clearly a mistake was made and this extension not entered. . 「Clean room, and good shower, but we had to ask for more toiletries (small sachets). No a/c or fan in the room, and no minibar. Good bar by reception, where you can buy a small water bottle for 1 euro, and a 1-litre bottle for 2 euros. Breakfast was appropriate (with homemade cakes/ pastries ), and the food at the restaurant was very good. Local specialities, as well as pizza. The hotel is a little dated. Basic 3-star hotel. Good location.」
