“The apartment was nice and comfortable. It's on a dead end street. So, its a bit complicated getting picked up and dropped off. If you are driving, you're fine because there's a garage. Its not in walking distance to any food or grocery stores. So, if you stay here you will need a car or some type of transportation. The check in process was not great. We had to wait till 5pm because they had not seen our reservation. So, I had to wait at a friend's house. Things happen, I understand that. So,……

“The unit would have been ok had it been clean. We arrived after 10pm to find a living area with a badly soiled/stained rug - it needs to find a new home in a dumpster - soiled couch, kitchen cabinets with food all over them, a dirty microwave, dirty dish cloths, stained blankets on the beds, toothpaste on one of the blankets ... gross! The bathrooms were both clean, but there were no bath mats, just one single stained hand towel per bathroom, and a single bath towel per guest, most of which were……

“The views & sounds of the surf from the unit were spectacular- am so glad we booked this listing. Francisca is the best to work with from arranging our early morning check-in to even using her Jumbo account to have groceries delivered. We highly recommend and will definitely rent this unit again next time we’re in Vina! ”

Baños con fugas de agua en el wc ( se inunda el baño) Muebles terraza y living en mal estado, viejos e incómodos. Edificio sin mantención y humedad.
