A great hotel! The staff was friendly and very helpful, the rooms were clean and nice. The food in the restaurant was really good too. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great location walkable to many restaurant options and the subway so we were easily able to get to other cities. Very nice hotel as well! Great room and restaurant with delicious breakfast options and a great bar!

The hotel is along a busy and well traveled street in the heart of ViƱa. I expected it to be noisy but the hotel was quiet and it was well designed for those who expect a higher quality from their accommodations. I will return here and spend more time here since it is so very convenient.

Outdated Hotel, Noisy , Traffic at Night

The hotel was ok for a short stay, clean and staff were nice. Only cons was itā€™s so noisy being on the main road, we needed the window open as there is no aircon so didnā€™t sleep well due to all night road traffic, outdated hotel.

Pleasant stay in ViƱa del Mar

In general the hotel is good, if a little dated. Cleanliness is top notch, good shower, adequate breakfast, good coffee. Staff is very nice and helpful. One negative is poor internet. This is an area where there is rooom for improvement.
