owner's communication is poor. Reply is very slow. And they even refuse to tell you where the rough location is until the arrival date.
But the building has great facilities such as gym and swimming pool and large lobby. Location is very good right next to brand new MRT An Phu station. ”

“DO NOT BOOK HERE. ILLEGAL BOOKINGS.
Where to start. It’s absolutely not a hotel. Firstly, it’s illegal. There’s signs everywhere. It’s crazy that hotels.com advertise them.
You don’t even get access to the pool, despite them using it in their pictures. They don’t offer any help with check in, it’s really backward. The key was difficult to locate and just in an unlocked postbox. The room was a mess with sticky stuff all over the floor. And to top it off there’s no working air con, roadworks……

“Good location and good communication with the host.
The property needs maintenance, and deep cleaning. The sofa and chairs were filthy. Also my sheets were stained. The shower drain was clogged. Also lots of ants in the kitchen area ( even if we only used the apartment to sleep and no cooking).
There is a sign full of threats that I don't really appreciate, doesn't make you feel welcome.
No cleaning services, towel replacement and toilet paper replanisment in all the 5 days I was there.
