“The food is the highlight. We couldn’t eat at the Michelin rated restaurant but we did eat the signature dishes at the affiliated bistro. OUTSTANDING!!
This place is in the middle of no where and felt like Willy wonks land. The hotel is a maze with half floor stairs, passage a far distance to the pools , spa and breakfast. The rugs and interior are red and orange like a psychedelic trip. The electrical outlets are delicate. ”

“The stay at Hostellerie Sarrasine was more than lovely. The grounds are well kept and beautifully tended. The room was traditional and had modern technology. The best part was the food and service. The Famille Bévy had the most delicious French food; their cook incredible. The Bresse chicken is a must. The wine options phenomenal. The Famille Bévy were accommodating and so very warm to us. Would highly recommend this place for any looking to warm the soul. ”
