This is a gorgeous, dog-friendly home featuring three levels of living space with deck views that will stay with you for years to come. The third-floor kitchen and living room boast beautiful bamboo floors and broad views of Back Bay - you will be entertained nightly by our famous sunsets.

When evening falls, you'll love the home's nine cheerful and spacious bedrooms, most with their own private door leading onto the wraparound decks. There is a large private pool with lots of decking for lounging in the sun and a brand-new rejuvenating hot tub. The home includes canal access to Back Bay for kayaking, paddling, fishing, crabbing, or just taking in the natural treasures of the waterscape. You'll also be within walking distance of one of the widest parts of Sandbridge beach.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 9 vehicles.

Security camera details: For your safety and peace of mind, the property features two exterior security cameras—one positioned toward the front door and another directed toward the driveway.

Dock details: New dock as of March 2025.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
