不滿：整潔度、職員與服務和住宿狀況
TLDR: bug infested(cockroaches), dirty, poorly maintained, management is rude and unhelpful. Book here at your own risk…
Now the grit:
We didn’t mind that it was older, or even a bit worn (you get what you pay for), but I did mind the uninvited guests (roaches) that came out after the lights went off, as well as the critters that decided to attack my wife (bed bugs maybe?). The faucet in the bathroom would not turn off, there was no shower curtain for the shower/tub, the tub itself was filthy, as was the toilet. We were going to look past that, again, until the unwanted guests.
The deadbolt did not work on the patio door (we were on the ground level) and the a/c could not make the room cool.
We left in the middle of the night to find somewhere we could sleep as there was no getting any there. We let the night clerk know (she was very apologetic and sweet), and asked if they had another room even, which they did not as the cleaning team did not show up the day we checked in (Sunday in July).
Went back the next day to get a refund, manager would not refund any $$ as we had used the dirty toilet. We had to go through Expedia to get our second day canceled, but it was still only partially refunded.
Management is in denial, they denied everything. Book here at your own risk.
This place is an absolute toilet.
