"As described in the bio, very clean, efficient, great location and with the added bonus of the sleeper sofa. My friend who slept on the sleeper sofa said it was very very comfortable best ever. Convenient to good fishing and restaurants. I rate this VRBO 10 plus plus. Will definitely refer others and plan a return trip soonest. P.S. Please add the microwave to your list of amenities. "Nice boutique hotel in an old chocolate factory. Red brick building with views of the Mississippi River just a block away. Easy walking along the river and to downtown bars, restaurants, and shops. There are several franchise/chain hotel options downtown, but the Charmant is the unique boutique. "

"The Hotel has potential but half of it was under construction and that was not listed anyplace when I booked or I would not have stayed there. The pool was open but looked bad with all the construction going on. The Room was ok but the bed had stains on it and the bathroom was not clean. The AC unit was loud and very old and it would cut on and off every 5 min I could not sleep all night because how loud it was. "
