This charming holiday home on the island of Vis is located just a few steps from the sea and offers the perfect retreat for two people. Nestled in a small, quiet bay north of Vis Town, guests here enjoy an authentic island experience amidst Mediterranean nature. The accommodation is part of a small complex with three separate holiday homes, each with its own terrace and private grill.
The house itself is located on the ground floor and has a separate access through the garden area. On approximately 25 m² of living space, you can expect a bright living kitchen with a dining table, a well-equipped kitchen area with a stove, oven, large refrigerator and freezer compartment, as well as a cosy sofa bed. The separate bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and additional storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. An air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures on warm summer days, while satellite TV provides entertainment.
A highlight is the spacious, furnished terrace with an awning and its own barbecue - ideal for enjoying mild evenings in a relaxed atmosphere. The garden is lovingly designed in a Mediterranean style and invites guests to linger in the shade with cacti, palm trees, and fruit trees. Guests can use the shady parking space directly by the house, and there is also a space for boat trailers. Boat owners additionally benefit from a berth at the pier, which can be used upon request and for a fee.
The next pebble beach is only about 20 metres away, so you can dive directly into the clear waters of the Adriatic in the morning. You can reach the centre of Vis town after around two kilometres – here you will find restaurants, cafés, shopping opportunities as well as medical facilities.
The island of Vis is known for its unspoilt nature, picturesque bays and authentic atmosphere.
