Very close to the state park Paulo Cesar Vinha, walking distance to Setiba beach with nearby restaurants, bakery, licor store. Very convenient for a weekend get away or vacation plan.

A localização é boa, mas não condiz com o que o anúncio menciona. A comunicação com o Anfitrião foi bem mediana, não é boa, não ajuda só fala o básico e sem sujeitões no geral. Se foi por falta de ou não, nós ficamos surpresos pela falta de ar condicionado e um frigobar. Até pq o meu esposo tem problemas de saúde e teríamos q sair do quarto algumas vezes pra poder pegar os remédios q precisam estar refrigerados. No mais, o quarto 100% limpo, mas as toalhas poderiam estar dentro dos saquinhos. Na entrega da chave, somente o obrigado do anfitrião. Comunicação 0 Não voltaremos mais.

Como o teto é de madeira, os hóspedes do andar superior fizeram muito barulho. Do meu quarto dava para ouvir conversas, descarga, televisão, eles andando pelo quarto etc
