「The hotel was very clean.
However, I didn’t receive the email with the check-in information.
As a result, I couldn’t get into the hotel and was really stuck.
I had to stand outside for over 30 minutes in the heatwave in Orléans.
The on-site staff were kind, but since they’re only there in the morning, there was no one at the hotel during check-in hours.
