A cozy house in the heart of Normandy

We will be delighted to welcome you to our fully renovated and air-conditioned 4* luxury house located in the small village of Vittefleur, a charming Normandy village 2 steps from the sea or a large leisure centre (caniel). You will find a bakery about a minute walk from the house for your breakfasts in the sun:)
Many tourist, sporting and cultural activities are accessible from Vittefleur, which is an undeniably remarkable pied-à-terre.

The accommodation:
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped living room with 2 sofas, 107cm HD TV and fibre wifi access. A fully equipped kitchen is also located (including 1 dishwasher) as well as a toilet and access to the outdoor courtyard where you can relax in the deckchairs at your disposal or enjoy an aperitif followed by a barbecue in the garden furniture there.

On the ground floor you will find a small landing equipped with a chest filled with board games to play with the family and spend pleasant evenings disconnected. A very spacious first bedroom with a dressing room and 2 single beds adjoined (Simmons bedding of hotel quality for an ultra restful sleep, our evaluations attest to this). Finally, you will have access to the shower room equipped with a spacious shower and a toilet. A washing machine and a dryer are also at your disposal.

On the second floor, you will access the second bedroom equipped with 4 single beds (which can be joined according to your needs). Here too there are Simmons beds (hotel quality for an ultra restful sleep, our evaluations attest to this). This room is air-conditioned.

Housing situation:

Vittefleur is a small country village located 5 minutes from the sea by car. Access to the sea can also be done on foot or by bike via a greenway for a car-free holiday. You will also have access to the Caniel water sports centre which is located 1/2 hour walk away where you can play bowling, water skiing or pedal boating. There is also a children's complex with indoor and outdoor inflatable structures or a summer sleigh! Enough to spend great days with the family where everyone will find something to their liking:)
For golf enthusiasts, the Côte d'Alabaster golf course is located on the heights of Vittefleur, 2 minutes by car or 1/2 hour on foot.

Getting around:

Several hiking trails, pedestrian paths and greenways for cycling are located from Vittefleur.
To park in addition to a vehicle, several spaces are available in the street deserting the house.
