Relaxed and revitalised

My family and mother-in law had a wonderful relaxing two week break chilling by the pool. The house is very comfortable and if you love cooking it’s one of the best equipped I have seen which makes life easier. The location is pretty good not to far from the coast and hill villages with a little food shop for basics 5 minutes away. One thing I loved about this area it’s a little out of the way from the main tourist areas so gave it a more relaxed atmosphere. The area around the villa is beautiful with olive groves and vineyards and if you are active great for cycling or walking.

An amazing property and setting in Staniši , North of Pula Istria in Croatia. Our first time as a family in this location made easy by the perfect remote hosts Robert and Inken - great recommendations for bakeries, restaurants and places to visit. The house is fully equipped a great place to explore, rest and recuperate. A huge thank you from Scotland.

Charming house in a quiet location

Charming house in the rural area, very well equipped with everything you need. Lovely kitchen. Great terrace. Very comfortable outside dining area with the grill and tailor-made pool nearby. And last but not least: supportive and caring but not imposing hosts. Dear Inken & Robert, thank you for your hospitality! I hope we'll come back one day!

A charming property

We are a family of 6 from London, England. We stayed at the property in early August 2018. We found Robert and Inken to be very helpful and assisted us with all our queries. Their website is very detailed and provides numerous tips and hints on the house and locality. The location was tranquil and offered an ideal base to visit numerous towns and villages in Istria. The property was well equipped with all mod cons and offered a sizeable and comfortable living space inside and outside. The night sky was pretty spectacular.

Wonderful stone house in the heart of Istria

Villa Stanisi is a handsome old stone house at the edge of a tiny village surrounded by vineyards. The owners, Robert and Inken have furnished it thoughtfully and tastefully and could not have been more helpful in making sure that we were comfortable. The house is wonderfully well equipped throughout, which makes it a real home from home. It’s within easy reach of the hill towns, and Pula, Rovinj and Porec for days out. Equally, it’s a lovely place for relaxing by the pool; the house gets the sun all day, and the terrace and pergola (laden with kiwi fruit) provide shade when the heat gets a bit much. Thank you Robert and Inken for a wonderful stay!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen in der Villa Stanisi! Die Gastgeber-Familie war super freundlich und total engagiert! Wir konnten alle unsere Fragen per WhatsApp stellen und wurden super vorbereitet und betreut. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich! Besonders toll ist die Ausstattung der Küche! So toll konnten wir noch nie im Urlaub kochen! Ganz lieben Dank an die Gastgeber und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Entspannter Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Bereits beim Öffnen der Toreinfahrt waren wir uns einig, das richtige Haus gebucht zu haben. Ein super schönes Steinhaus, das mit Gespür und Sachverstand hochwertig saniert und liebevoll (mit vielen kleinen Details) eingerichtet wurde. Es strahlt so viel Ruhe aus, es entschleunigt. Genau unser Geschmack - so sieht Urlaub aus! Ob es der Sitzplatz unter den Kiwis, die überdachte Terrasse.... es findet sich zu jeder Zeit das richtige Plätzchen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub mit sehr guter Betreuung durch Familie Manner.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft und herrlicher Urlaub

Wir können die positiven Rückmeldungen zur Villa Stanisi nur bestätigten. Die Familie Wanner hat uns aus der Ferne per WhatsApp immer bestens unterstützt. Man konnte jede Frage loswerden und hatte im Nu eine Rückantwort. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und es gibt tatsächlich scharfe Messer! Der Poolbereich ist durch Naturschatten selbst bei höheren Temperaturen sehr angenehm und wenn es doch zu heiß wurde, kam die Abkühlung durch den schönen Pool gerade recht. Die Villa ist ein schöner Rückzugsort und Startpunkt, um die Gegend zu erforschen. Es gibt viel zu sehen und fast alles Wichtige ist in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Da diese schöne Villa inmitten der ebenso schönen Natur liegt, kommt man nicht umhin sich diesen Fleck mit Insekten und Skorpionen zu teilen. Wir mussten uns lediglich gegen die Mücken wehren, was aber völlig normal ist und man ist nicht völlig aufgefressen worden. Wir sind während unseres Urlaubs kein einziges Mal von einem Restaurant enttäuscht worden. Ganz im Gegenteil, das Essen war immer sehr lecker. Einfach ein bisschen auf die Rezensionen schauen, dann kann man kaum was falsch machen. Das Weingut Deklic und das Restaurant Mekisi sind in Flussnähe und allemal einen Besuch wert. Alles in allem können wir die Villa Stanisi nur wärmsten empfehlen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Vielen lieben Dank an die Familie Manner. Man merkt, dass Sie sich um ihre Villa liebevoll kümmern.

Traumhafter Urlaub auf dem Land in Istrien

Rundherum perfekt. Ein altes toll renoviertes Bauernhaus mit überaus liebevoller und umfassender Ausstattung und sehr schönem Garten und tadellosem Pool. Kleinerer Supermarkt und authentische Restaurants sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Die Unterstützung durch die Vermieter ist auch absolut vorbildlich.

Schönes Haus und wunderbar erholsam

Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen in diesem tollen, liebevoll eingerichteten Steinhaus. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Der große Garten hat viele schöne sonnige und schattige Plätze. Jeder hatte Raum um sich zurück zu ziehen. Unser Hund konnte ausgedehnt toben im eingezäunten Garten. Wir haben uns super erholt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr herzlich und immer informativ. Habe viele Wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge umgesetzt. Kommen sicher wieder.

Super Urlaub in Kroatien

Wir machen seit mehreren Jahren Urlaub in Häusern im Ausland können da gut vergleichen. Dieses Haus ist sowas von liebevoll eingerichtet das man sich fühlt als ob man zuhause ankommt. Geschmackvolle Deko wirklich toll großes Lob genau mein Geschmack:) Das Haus liegt super vor allem für Hundebesitzer oder Menschen die Ruhe suchen. Es gibt unmengen an Wegen wo man stundenlang spazieren gehen kann ( Erholung für die Seele). Der Garten lässt auch keine Wünsche offen, genug Liegen es gibt für alles eine Auflage Pool hat eine super größe. Der Garten ist auch so groß das unsere Hunde auch einen schönen Urlaub hatten, sich frei zu bewegen konnten, da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, TOP sehr wichtig für uns So die Zimmer: Küche hat alles was man braucht. Topfe, Pfannen , Teller,Besteck, Schüsseln, Kaffeemaschine, Salz, Pfeffer .... Platz reicht nicht wenn ich alles aufzähle. Die Schlafzimmer 2 mit Doppelbett super bequem, gute Decken und Kopfkissen. Das kleine Zimmer super ausreichend auch alles TOP. Das Kaminzimmer wirklich schön mit Fernseher, diesen haben wir aber nicht gebraucht. Das Zimmer im 1 OG Wohnzimmer mit Soundanlage von TEUFEL. Fernseher Playstation für die Playstation spiele, Brettspiele Kartenspiel... Bad im EG mit Dusche ausreichend. Bad im OG mit Badewanne ausreichend. Hoffe ich habe alles :) Jetzt noch was zum Kontakt mit den Vermietern: Ich bin mir sicher das man keine schnellere Hilfe irgendwo bekommen kann. Nachrichten werden innerhalb von wenigen Minuten beantwortet, Tipps zum einkaufen essen gehen was auch immer werden immer nett und schnell beantwortet. Diesem Vermietern ist es wichtig das sich die Urlauber bei Ihnen wohl fühlen, vielen Dank, das haben wir auch! Alles in allem, dieses Haus kann man ohne Bedenken buchen !!!!!

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben die Woche in eurem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist toll und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, der Garten der Pool waren ein Traum, wir waren oft bei Mekisi und haben sehr lecker gegessen! Die Jungs haben noch eine spontane Weinprobe bei eurem Nachbarn Bruno Ferenac gemacht und die Eisdiele in Rovinji war wirklich die Beste und der Metzger in Visnjan hat uns einen phänomenalen Grillabend ermöglicht. Auch eure Ausflugs und Gastrotipps haben also voll ins Schwarze getroffen. Das Einzige was uns gefehlt hat war mehr Zeit! Vielen Dank für eure tolle und aufmerksame Unterstützung Alles Liebe von uns allen."

Super schöner Urlaub

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der Villa Stanisi verbracht. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist sehr sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Der Garten ist ein Traum, unser Hund hatte viel Platz zum Spielen. Der Pool war das Highlight für unsere Kinder. Die Villa liegt abseits von jeglichem Touri-Wahnsinn. Für uns genau richtig. Hervorragende Unterkunft

Wir waren im Juli 2020 Gäste in der Villa Stanisi. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einer sehr gepflegten und liebevoll eingerichteten Unterkunft. Der Kontakt zu Robert und Inken (Vermieter) war von Beginn an fabelhaft und es verlief alles reibungslos. Die "Geheim-"Tipps über Restaurants und Badestrände waren super und machten es einfacher sich in fremder Umgebung zu orientieren. Wir bedanken uns bei Robert und Inken für einen super schönen Aufenthalt, der keine Wünsche offen ließ. Sollte es uns mal wieder nach Kroatien verschlagen, dann gerne wieder in die Villa Stanisi. Beautifully equipped house in a Vineyard

Self contained house in great location with nice private pool. Lots of great options to sit out and eat it relax round the house and grounds. Everything you might need for a relaxing holiday is provided and house is finished to very high standard. Communication with owner was excellent and in real time via private WhatsApp group. Couple of notes worth mentioning and not that apparent in the profile is that house is adjoining another and that electricity usage is charged afterwards based on usage during your stay. Recommended.

Traumhafter Sommerurlaub in Istrien

Wir waren im Juli 2020 das erste Mal in Kroatien und sind nach dem Aufenthalt in der Villa Stanisi wirklich begeistert. Ein tolles Haus mit einem sehr schönen Garten und einem tollen Pool. Alles in einem sehr guten Zustand und top gepflegt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses sucht ihresgleichen und ist in allen Belangen mit dem Begriff „herausragend“ zu beschreiben. Das Rundumpaket mit wöchentlicher Reinigung des Hauses (nach Absprache) und wöchentlicher Gartenpflege / Poolreinigung sucht ebenfalls ihresgleichen. Die Homepage der Villa Stanisi ist einzigartig und liefert dem Gast alle Hilfestellungen und Informationen, die er für einen optimalen und gelungenen Urlaub benötigt; die Internetseite liefert alle Infos rund um das Haus als auch sehr hilfreiche Informationen bzgl. Restaurants in der Umgebung, Verpflegung, Ausflüge, Sehenswertes, ... Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer erreichbar (eigene WhatsApp-Gruppe mit dem Vermieter). Sämtliche - kleineren - Probleme wurden sofort gelöst. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub für die ganze Familie. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus!

Wir haben in der Villa Stanisi zu 6. Urlaub gemacht und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Anreise per Flugzeug und Mietwagen war unkompliziert, man erreicht das Haus vom Flughafen in einer Stunde Fahrzeit. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, besonders der Kaffeevollautomat und (für Tage mit schlechtem Wetter) die Playstation haben uns gefallen. Die meiste Zeit haben wir uns jedoch im Garten aufgehalten, waren im Pool oder lagen im Schatten unter dem Kiwi Baum. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und können die Villa Stanisi nur empfehlen.
