"On our second day , our rooms were not properly cleaned with hairs on the floor and beds were not properly made but apart from this our stay has been very comfortable and great customer service all around."

"This accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and well situated. The bed was so comfy, and we appreciated having the sofa as an alternative to just sitting on the bed. Bathroom was spacious with an hot and powerful shower. Crisp linens and fluffy towels provided. Ample parking and a choice of nearby restaurants. The host was very friendly and hospitable. Having stayed in several accommodations throughout our stay in Albania, this one far surpassed all others yet we paid only a fraction of the price. I can highly recommend to anyone looking for the Vlore area. "

What really made the experience special was the hospitality. The manager, his wife Lola, and his sister Rosa were all incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. "Overall good experience. Room missing a kettle, toilet roll and was missed one day for a room clean. Breakfast buffet could be better. Same everyday. Juice and coffee were poor quality. You are not allowed to take any drinks or snacks to the pool area, they make you sign at check-in or risk being fined. "
