「The beds could be updated. Otherwise a wonderful week long stay!」

「We were told that check in was until 8pm, no exceptions. So we organized our entire day to ensure we were there by 8pm. An hour later, reception was checking in somebody else, so clearly exceptions were made for some, but not us. Didn't leave us with a good feeling. Location is not walking distance to any coffee shop (meaning 10 min walk or less). Coffee was available downstairs but when I asked if I could have a coffee I was told no, that I needed to be preregistered and have paid for an entire...

But i lost my Red Bull drink in small fridge in room after I notified forget to take out after check out . When i went back to hotel after 3 hour to ask the Reception , the answer is no see and no Red Bull drink . Their even go to check it . Just said sorry about it . 」
