Modern Villa Stela Aurea is located in the village of Peroj in Istria, just 1 km from the coast. What makes this villa special is the opportunity to enjoy a private seaside plot located 3 km away (a 5-minute drive by car). It is a spacious parcel owned by the owner’s family, accessible only to family members and their guests, where you can park in the shade and spend the day at the beach. In addition, guests can enjoy barbecuing, sports activities, and swimming, far from the crowds.Villa Stela Aurea offers accommodation for up to 6 people in three comfortable bedrooms, one of which has two single beds that can be joined into a double bed. With its modern interior, it is ideal for a complete and relaxing holiday in Istria.The villa provides the perfect blend of privacy and adventure - enjoy the peace of your own seaside retreat, while the charming town of Fažana, the historic city of Pula with its famous cultural landmarks such as the Roman amphitheater and the Temple of Augustus, and the Brijuni National Park are all just a few minutes’ drive away, ready to offer unforgettable experiences and the beauty of the Istrian coast. Distances: gas station 6000m, restaurant 300m, shop 450m, center 500m, sea 1000m, beach 1000m, airport 18000m.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Stella Aurea! Das Haus ist modern, top gepflegt und sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom schönen Pool. Die Lage in Peroj ist top, aber dennoch nah zu Stränden und Restaurants. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich und hilfsbereit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke Davor.
