The vacation was really great and relaxing. The view of the sea was amazing. We can highly recommend the house of Srdan. Srdan is a great host. A coffee from the master bedroom bed is a morning chore.

A Fabulous week on the Istrian peninsular

This villa is beautiful and well equipped. Located on the edge of the quiet village of Peroj. The host is so helpful and kind, and speaks excellent English & 4 other languages. He was quick to answer any questions we had.The bedrooms are great, with aircon and balconies with amazing views. The lounge has a large TV with Netflix and Youtube, so entertainment is readily available. The pool is beautifully clean and there are a number of seating areas inside and out to sit as the sun swings over the house. Sun loungers and parasols are provided pool side. One of the seating areas boasts a brick built bbq.The villa has its own entrance with ample parking.Our stay was perfect, thank you for sharing your villa with us!Location:It is a 10 minute stroll down the hill to the beach where there is a bar, and parking if you want to drive. It is possible to walk along the seafront for miles, and in about 40minutes you can walk to Fazana, a lovely port town with many places to eat. You can drive there in 5 minutes, and there’s good parking, although like most of the area you have to pay to park. There are boat excursions available from the port, including evening trips to go around the islands and spot dolphins. We were lucky enough to see the dolphins many times during the 1.5-2 hour trip.Pula is about 15-20 minutes south, where there are many dining and shopping opportunities, and the colosseum is well worth a visit. You can also get a ferry to Venice.

GroßzÃŒgiges Haus in guter Lage

Das großzÃŒgige Haus ist gut und hochwertig ausgestattet ! Falls etwas fehlt, ist der Vermieter per Whats app jederzeit erreichbar und schnell vor Ort. Er wohnt nebenan. Der Pool wird einmal pro Woche gereinigt. Nach einer Woche gibt es auch frische BettwÀsche. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig. Zum Kiesstrand mit Bar kann man in ca 15 Min laufen. Der Strand dort ist sehr schön fÃŒr Kinder! Das Haus besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum Pool, einer großen WohnkÃŒche mit Essbereich und Zugang zur Poolterasse und zur KÃŒchenterasse mit Esstisch und Grill. Eine große Dusche und extra WC sind auch im Erdgeschoss. Im 1. Stock sind 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 BÀder! Wir waren 2 Wochen mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kind dort! Nach einem Ausflug oder Baden im Meer war es sehr erholsam am Haus mit Klimaanlage und Pool! Zu empfehlen!

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage, toller Meerblick vom Obergeschoss und kurze Wege zum Strand sowie nach Peroj oder Fazana. Das große GrundstÃŒck ist ein etwas ungepflegt wirkender Olivenhain und kaum zu nutzen. Sehr nette Betreuung durch den EigentÃŒmer.

Fint och lugnt med egen pool

Ett fint stÀlle med egen pool. Tre bra sovrum alla med dubbelsÀngar. Vi frågor eller funderingar svarar vÀrden snabbt. Det var lite snålt tilltaget med vinglas, bestick, formar till ugn, skålar etc. för att rÀcka till vid matlagning och för 6 personer men sÀger man till så fixar vÀrden det som saknar. Jag sa inte till om allt som jag tyckte saknades, då vi bara var 4 så det fungerade Àndå. I övrigt var allt toppen!

Grandioses Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool

Wir hatten in dem großzÃŒgigen Ferienhaus eine tolle und erholsame Woche. Das Haus bringt alles mit, was es fÃŒr gelungene Ferien braucht. Der Blick vom Schlafzimmer-Balkon ist atemberaubend und man kann problemlos den ganzen Tag am Pool verbringen. Wenn die Sonne mal nicht scheint, sind Rovinj und Pula fÃŒr einen Ausflug nicht weit weg.

Traumhaft fÃŒr den privaten Urlaub

Das Haus hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen und ist ideal fÃŒr einen privaten Familienurlaub abseits des TouristengetÃŒmmels. Gerade mit einem Kleinkind hat man alles was man braucht vor Ort. Die Vermieterfamilie ist gleich nebenan, sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer einen Tipp parat. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken, ursprÃŒngliche Natur, Kultur und Kulinarik sind aber schwer zu finden. Wer es schafft sich den Touristenspotts fern zu halten, kann die istrische Gastfreundschaft und KÃŒche aber in vollen ZÃŒgen genießen.

Großartiger Urlaub

Die Lage mit kurzem Gehweg zum Meer und einem Olivenhain, der Platz fÌr Frisbee, Volleyball und Federball bietet ist sehr gut. Der Ausblick von der Poolterrasse wird nur noch vom Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon Ìbertroffen. Der Pool bietet fÌr drei Kinder ausreichend Platz zum tauchen und toben mit dem Papa. Tolle Grillabende auf der KÌchenterrasse haben dann wieder zur StÀrkung beigetragen. Vielen Dank auch nochmals an den Ìberaus freundlichen Vermieter. Das Haus ist nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Fabulous holiday home in Istria

I was lucky enough to spend 6 weeks at the villa combining work and holiday. It was what I hoped for and more - definitely recommended for large groups/families. This is a very quiet and safe location, the villa is well equipped with everything you need and the local area is wonderful - amazing beaches - with stunning sunsets every evening. Peroj is a charming village with very good local services - bakery, greengrocer, fish stall, good pizzeria. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend enough - you will have an amazing holiday here.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool

Wir waren mit unseren Ferienhaus in Peroj rundum zufrieden. Es war alles vorhanden was unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht hat. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit fÃŒr Fragen und Infos erreichbar. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in diesem Haus fÃŒr 2 Wochen, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Poolbereich und einen tolle Sitzecke mit Grill. Von den oberen Zimmern hat man einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Toller Urlaub in traumhafter Villa

Das Haus lÀsst keine WÌnsche offen; alles ist vorhanden. Die gesamte Anlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr gepflegt. Vor allem der Pool und der traumhafte Sonnenuntergang, den man vom oberen Balkon erleben kann, sind echte Highlights. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Fantastische Ferien

Grandioses Objekt mit traumhaften SonnenuntergÀngen von Terrasse und den Balkonen. Der Pool ist einzigartig erfrischend - im Gegensatz zum Meer - und absolut sauber. Der auf den Bildern sichtbare Olivenhain gibt großartigen Auslauf fÃŒr Vierbeiner. Srdjan kÃŒmmert sich liebevoll, gibt tolle Tips fÃŒr die Umgebung und hat uns auch einen zusÀtzlichen Sonnenschirm aufgestellt. 2 Mountainbikes stehen fÃŒr die Fahrt zum nahen Minimarkt, zum Fischstand und zum Erkunden der nÀheren Umgebung bereit. Im Garten wachsen Feigen, die wir eingeladen wurden zu genießen. Vielen Dank fÃŒr dieses tolle Urlaubserlebnis!
