「The flat was lovely. Very clean and tidy with an excellent kitchen. There are 56 steps to get from the street to the flat, not for the faint hearted or infirm! The upstairs bed is extremely low and very hot, with no air conditioning! The shower was good but quite small. An excellent washing machine. We had no communication with the host. I rang someone to get the key safe passcode, who seemed to know little or nothing about the flat. That was it!」

「We had a great holiday at Fabio's place near Monteguidi in September. We have been there for two weeks in September and really enjoyed the apartment and the great pool area. The apartment was very comfortable and cosy with a well-equipped kitchen, but we have also been to very good restaurants in the surrounding area. Fabio has been a great host and was very friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend this accommodation for a relaxing holiday!」

「San Gimignano is a beautiful town. We were off season so many of the shops and restaurants and some attractions we closed, but still there was lots to do and see, and enough good restaurants. And of course there were no crowds which was lovely. We took a Chianti region wine tour with Bruno and it was fantastic. We learned so much, and Bruno is a gem. 「Wir waren mit zwei Kinder( 5 und 8 Jahre) dort und es war wunderschön. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, ist sauber und die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu Fuß ist kein Supermarkt zu erreichen, mit dem Auto kann man allerdings den Supermarkt schnell anfahren und noch weitere schöne Ausflüge machen. Volterra, Pisa, Siena und auch das Meer sind max. nur 1 Stunde entfernt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-) Grazie Tanto !!!」
