"I made a horrible mistake and booked thr wrong dates because i had a hole in my macular and could not see well. After my surgery and recovery which was around 1 month I realized the horrible mistake. They refused to give credit and charged room fees as well as over $600 in taxes for a room that was not occupied by me."

"This is a lovely hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were great as was the hospitality shown by the dining room staff.
