Beautiful villa "Vali 1", 2 storeys, built in 2018. 300 m from the centre of Vrbnik, in a sunny, elevated position, 60 m from the sea, 60 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 520 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (5 x 4 m, 23 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, terrace (50 m2), barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Shop 400 m, restaurant 60 m, bus stop 550 m, pebble beach, rocky beach, concrete beach 60 m.
4-room villa 120 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room 32 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Forced-air heating. Balcony 8 m2, terrace 20 m2, roofed, terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Klasse Unterkunft, Beste Lage, Sehr nette Vermieter !

Alles da was man braucht, Sauber Sauber Sauber !!!! Klasse Lage, 2 Min zum Kiesstrand, kleiner süßer Ort mit kleinen Geschäften die alles bieten was man sich vorstellt. Bäcker, Fischladen, Pizzeria, Weinhandel, Gruschläden, etc. Kommen bei Gelegenheit wieder :-)
