The highlight of the outdoor area is a heated swimming pool, measuring 24 m² and 1.5 m deep. From the pool, you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and surrounding nature. Next to the pool are six comfortable sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun. For culinary delights, there is a fully equipped covered outdoor kitchen with a fireplace and sink. Additionally, a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine, as well as a fitness room, are at your disposal. A second covered terrace features a large dining table with six chairs, ideal for outdoor meals and cozy evenings.
The interior of the villa is just as impressive as the exterior. Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious and bright living area that includes a modern kitchen, dining room, and living room.
