“Good location and very good service. Very spacious room. Only problem had no wifi for the last two days and the IT person was out on Sat and Sun. Towels were a bit over use. ”

“The low scores I have given no way reflect the friendliness and helpfulness of most of the staff, especially Hedi and Mesca. The location of the Vanderbilt Urbani is also excellent. The beds were super comfortable too.
The problem with this hotel is the lack of investment by the owners to keep the rooms and common areas updated and maintained.
Unfortunately when we walked into the dimly lit hotel, (not sure dark corridors are appreciated anymore) and up to our River Side room we were so……
