In 5 minutes you can reach our popular lakes, the Murner See and the Steinberger See. The Steinberger See offers lots of fun with its water ski facility, adventure minigolf, wooden ball and much more. A go-kart track and an outdoor pool are about 5 minutes away.
Our cozy apartment is located on the upper floor of a 2-family house and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It has one bedroom, which is furnished with a comfortable double bed.
In addition, there is a pull-out sofa bed for 2 more people in the living room - ideal for single travelers, families or groups.
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your meals: an oven with ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge, a coffee machine (filter machine - coffee and filter are not provided), a toaster and a kettle.
There is a parking space for your vehicle on the property. If you would like a parking space for bicycles, please let us know in advance so that we can prepare everything for you.
A restaurant, a butcher's shop, a pharmacy and a bakery are located on site.
Important: All leisure facilities/activities, as well as the lakes, are located outside the accommodation, but in the immediate vicinity.
Pets and smoking are not permitted in the building. There is no balcony or garden.
You may come across a cat in the stairwell, it lives in the lower apartment.
Public washing machines/dryers are available 2.7 km away (for a fee).
Only from a 2-week stay, we grant you access to the washing machine and dryer, these are located in the basement (for a fee).
