Baylor graduation

This is a wonderful house. It had everything we needed. Quick easy drive to Baylor University. Was great to have somewhere to go after graduation and just hang out. Owners responded to all my questions extremely fast.

Very spacious and cozy!

This place was so cozy!! We absolutely loved that the kitchen was stocked. My father who is in an electric wheelchair was able to move around with ease!! The place was clean and very spacious for all of us!!

Baylor graduation weekend

We stayed here for Baylor’s graduation instead of having to rent multiple hotel rooms. The location is great, only about 10 minutes from campus. There was plenty of room for all of us. Communication with the owners was very easy. I would recommend the property to others.

Comfortable and clean

This was a great house for part of the wedding party for our son's wedding. Good size bedrooms and plenty of room to relax and visit and watch tv. We enjoyed the basketball jump shot game also. Very convenient to the wedding location at Old Bethany in Lorena as well as all Waco has to offer.

Beautiful home!

We absolutely LOVED this home! We had a small reunion of sorts for the Baylor v UT game, and the house was the perfect central meeting place for the family to gather in. It was very comfortable and child-friendly. Our two boys said they never wanted to leave! Everything is clean and organized, and you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Waco and Baylor were easily accessible, and we had a great time at Magnolia Market too. Highly recommend!

This home is AMAZING!

My sisters and I went to Waco for the Fixer-Upper experience and had a blast!! This home was perfect for the 5 of us. Lots of room to relax and enjoy our trip! Home is beautifully decorated and the home is in a really nice area with nice people to talk to. Would come back again! Carol was great to work with and responded right away to any questions we had. Thanks for making our sisters trip to Waco so much fun!!!

OMG!! Carol and her daughter, Jessica should get an award for “ The Hostess(es) with the Mostess “!! The stay was amazing! As said in the description, everything was very welcoming! The house was well stocked and beautifully maintained! When we come back to visit our family again, we WILL be checking on this house first before all others!! I actually didn’t want to leave! We stayed here because it was close to my folks house. The rental was very nice (even decorated for Christmas) had lots of space, was very clean, and check-in and check-out were very easy.

Family Wedding

This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had additional family in town for a family wedding. The house is big, has a detached guest house, and provides three bathrooms, so it can accommodate quite a few guests. There were toys for the children and a wonderful play set in the backyard which worked great for my grandchildren. Everything was clean and nice. Communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend this property.

Girls’ weekend

Great location, very clean w/ plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. The garage apartment was cozy and inviting, too. While we didn't actually cook any meals while we were there, the kitchen was well-appointed, and we were able to fix a quick 'Continental breakfast' before heading out for the day. Residential area was quiet & felt secure, easy to find. Communication w/host was excellent--quick and efficient. All in all, a wonderful stay. Would def go back.
