"We really enjoyed our stay at this Uptown gem. Our dates were 1st week of March so a little cold, but we did brave one walk down to the park and lake and it was amazing. So many people were out walking, biking and running: seems like a really active part of the city. I can only imagine how amazing it would be from spring -fall. We didn’t really utilize the house space because all our plans were out and about in the twin cities, but it has a full kitchen and dining room table and nice little...

"The location of this property is very convenient, and it was very quiet. The unit was clean and comfortable. There are a couple of things in the kitchen that is needed for those who cook - like a strainer or colander. Other than that, the kitchen was great, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Our party had 4 members, and there was plenty of space for the four of us. The apartment was lovely, and the host was excellent: communicative and accommodating. For our weeklong stay, the washing machine and dryer proved very useful. The area is in a quiet and safe area, and near enough to several bus routes for easy travel into and back from the Uptown area. If we ever find ourselves in Minneapolis again, we will make every effort to book this same...

"The check-in process wad easy and communication with the host, Brenda was excellent. She was quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had. We knew it was a 2nd level upstairs unit and the place was clean and cozy. However, the place was a little older and kind of chilly at times, and the floor boards were squeaky so we tried our best not to make too much noises. Not sure if the older heaters worked or not but we didn't have any thicker blankets to utilize to keep warm. *Please bring...

"The house is beautiful and the wood work is amazing. The first floor bathroom tub needs repair, the tub is cracked and it feels unsafe to stand to shower. The kitchen did not have a can opener; which was needed to open the cans for our Green beans casserole. Thank goodness I live locally because I was able to bring my own pots and pans, casseroles dishes, can opener, and peeler. Also, there was no dishwasher soap and I had to do all the dishes by hand. Overall, we had a wonderful time."

There are a several things that I would suggest the owner address: -- The shower drain is very slow and, as a result, sudsy water backs up and makes the shower a slip hazard. To compound the risk there are no grab bars. -- The seats on the kitchen/dining room chairs fb need to be attached. -- Another comfortable chair or two would be nice. We had 5 people and had to use kitchen chairs so everyone could be...

"Very spacious, completely renovated 3br lower level unit in Uptown. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and the lakes. Just a short drive to the Target center. Host was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations!"

"I am not sure what the difference between booking here versus at the hotel/online/phone. The room is also all the way on the far end of the 3rd floor. No close exits, Very small entry/driveway/check in area, easy access to the lobby, and the pool and hot tub are all the way on the opposite side of the building in a seperate area. The room was beautiful and as described. It just didnt seem that its any different."

"Clean and has everything we need! Breakfast is okay, nothing much to eat. Downside is no housekeeping daily so we out of toilet papers! Otherwise the price is good! Didnt see any bugs or roach!!! Will stay again. Building is newly updated. "

"Apartment was very comfortable. Some stains on carpeting and balcony was not clean, but there is a great deal Of construction outside that is likely contributing to this. And unfortunately there is a neighbor that smokes a great deal of marijuana that comes directly into the vents of this space. Overall though, Sonder is doing a great job. "
